Non-Executive Chairman
  

Graham Setterfield
Graham, aged 60, studied Civil Engineering at Cardiff University before taking up a series of wide ranging engineering and operational roles in the water industry with Metropolitan Water Board, Medway Water Board and Southern Water.   Between 1986 and 1988 he held senior positions at Southern Water including regional directorships and that of Deputy Managing Director. He then moved to Water UK where he was Director of Water Services.
In 2001 he became a Non-Executive Director of Mid Kent Water, before becoming Executive Chairman in 2006 where he has been heavily involved in the process of the merger with South East Water. He joined the Board of Conder Environmental plc in 2003 as Non-Executive Director before becoming Non-Executive Chairman in July 2007.
Graham continues to operate his own independent water consultancy and holds various other senior consultant roles within the water industry.


Group Managing Director
  Jon Varney
Jon, aged 45, studied Chemistry at Liverpool University and joined Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1982, specialising in Corporate Recovery. Prior to joining Conder he held a number of Finance Directorships including Dowty Aerospace Hydraulics, a TI Group plc company and Aerostructures Hamble Ltd., a Smiths Group plc company. Jon joined Conder Environmental plc as Group Finance Director in June 2002 and was promoted to Group Managing Director in June 2004.

Group Finance Director
  David Griffith
David, aged 43, studied Accountancy at Exeter University and joined Spicer & Pegler in 1984. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. He left what had become Spicer & Oppenheim in 1988 and has since held senior financial positions at Christie’s International plc (International auctioneers), Wick Hill Group plc (software), Trader Media Group Ltd (Autotrader printed and digital media) and Astucia Ltd (traffic technology group). He joined Conder Environmental plc in February 2006.
